Se-Won Jeong has been selected as a recipient of Global Ph.D Fellowship

Se-Won Jeong, who is a Joint M.S.-Ph.D program student in VIP Lab., has been selected as a recipient of ‘Global Ph.D Fellowship (GPF)’ from Korean government.

GPF is a fellowship program supported by Korean government. It selects only about 200 talented students per year and help them becoming an world leading researcher through financial support.

Se-Won Jeong has been selected to GPF program with subject named ‘Visual Saliency Detection for Large-Scale 3D Scene Analysis.’ It is a study about automatically finding important regions from 3D geometry.
